About us
I'MITALISH is a project dedicated to sharing the Italian language and culture with learners around the world. Founded in 2019, it is now led by sisters Giorgia and Marta Speranza, who share a passion for language education and for promoting Italy's rich cultural heritage.
Giorgia is a linguist and Italian language teacher who graduated from the University of Oxford and has over ten years of experience teaching Italian as a foreign language. Marta joined the project in 2024, contributing to the development of new educational content and supporting the growth of I'MITALISH.
Together, we create books, courses, learning materials, and digital content to help students learn Italian in an engaging, authentic, and practical way. We believe that learning a language also means discovering the people, history, traditions, and places that bring it to life.
